CRITERIA USED IN THE DESIGN OF DIE CAST ALUMINUM FAN BLADES

The material it is made from:
The material used in industrial propellers or fan blades is generally fabricated steel, cast or fabricated aluminum, fabricated stainless steel or other exotic metals. Plastic propellers have become common, but typically only in commercial or residential fans. Fiberglass is also available for corrosion or chemicals resistance.

DIE CAST ALUMINUM FAN APPLICATIONS

1.Conveying material in dust collector systems or loading to silos, trucks and railroad cars.
2.Combustion air for burners and industrial water heaters.
3.Cooling electrical equipment or parts from heat curing ovens and kilns.
4.Pressurizing cabinets, vaults or rooms.
5.Blow-off systems to remove moisture from parts prior to painting, coating or packing.

PACKAGING & PAYMENT TERMS & SHIPPING

1.Packaging Detail:
a.clear bags inner packing, cartons outer packing, then pallet.
b.as per customer’s demand for hardware stamping parts.

2.Payment:
T/T,30% deposits advance; 70% balance before delivery.

3.Shipping :
1.FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT for samples, Door-to-Door;
2.By Air or by Sea for batch goods, for FCL;Airport/ Port receiving;
3.Customers specifying freight forwarders or negotiable shipping methods!
Delivery Time: 3-7 days for samples; 5-25 days for batch goods.
